As IT Analyst III, you will deliver software solutions and maintain existing applications in order to optimize organizational functioning. A focus on efficiency, the ability to solve sophisticated problems, and technical acuity are keys to success!

  • Analyzes requirements and maintains, tests and integrates application components in a timely, cost-effective manner
  • Provides systems analysis, design and development, including requirements, design, construction, testing and implementation
  • Works with the defined business and technical requirements to provide software solutions for implementation into the current environment
  • Other duties as assigned
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Applies Workday Change Migrator and uses Workday Request Framework
  • Manages Workday Tenant build and conducts testing phases
  • Architects Workday Integrations, formulates data models, and designs calculated fields
  • Creates and modifies Workday Integrations, crafts Custom Reports (Workday and BIRT), and recalibrates calculated fields
  • Monitors production Workday Integrations, provides optimization and standardization solutions
  • Fulfills audit requests promptly and efficiently
  • Improves products, services, and processes using internal/external business knowledge to code, test, and maintain software applications
  • Collaborates with partners to translate requirements into technical design and development for enterprise human resources application
  • Mentors other team members, imparting valuable insights and knowledge
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum twelve (12) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum five (5) years' IT experience
Other Requirements:
  • Exhibits previous exposure to all phases of systems development, particularly the design and delivery of HR systems such as Workday data model and integration tools
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of various programming languages and reporting databases (web services, REST, SOAP, WDSL, XML, XSLT, or XPATH)
  • Preferred: Workday knowledge with core HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Compensation, Learning; experience in Agile methodology
