As a Contract Analyst Sr, you will autonomously oversee the entire lifecycle of sophisticated contracts, from development to review. Drawing upon a deep expertise, you make critical decisions, scrutinize material, equipment, and production cost estimates, and manage performance requirements and delivery schedules. Your responsibilities also encompass bid preparation, reviewing competitor bids for conformity, orchestrating significant contract and amendment negotiations. This role involves a heavy inter-departmental coordination, serving as a bridge between the company, customers, and subcontractors. You'll ensure compliance with supplier policies, collaborate with internal partners on existing agreements, conduct risk analysis on agreements, and take a lead on negotiations. Day in the Life:

Your expertise as a Contract Analyst for Master Service Agreements will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards and driving our continued success. This is your opportunity to be part of a team that values collaboration, ambition, and proven results. This role will lead the onboarding of new suppliers, engage in contract negotiations while ensuring that all contracts align with regulatory requirements. In this role, you will also assess and modify Master Service Agreements to align terms with company policies and legal requirements while keeping accurate records of the contracts. You'll have the opportunity to prepare critical metrics, discuss ongoing projects, share updates, and address challenges while working closely with Williams legal, procurement, and finance teams.

Responsibilities/Expectations:
  • Autonomously collaborates with internal partners to refine contract strategy, pinpoint customer expectations, identify apt suppliers, lead contract term/pricing negotiations, ensure precise contract execution, and serve as the intermediary between internal and external partners during negotiation phases
  • Conducts risk analysis based on the scope of work, including analysis of risks related to current contracts and potential contract changes, as well as change orders
  • Ensures adequate scopes of work are in place for all agreements
  • Develops and measure cost savings and assists customers with meeting the objectives of cost control, quality and schedule
  • Resolves any contract disputes and coordinates actions with internal procurement and legal teams if needed
  • Maintains vital data in company ERP system and participates in testing upgrades
  • Other duties as assigned
Education/Years of Experience:
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of five (5) years related experience in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Pipeline Operations, Business Operations, Engineering, or Project Management
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, and six (6) of years related experience
Other Requirements:
  • Knowledge of contract law, terms and conditions
  • Demonstrates outstanding organizational/social skills and safety as the utmost priority
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Oracle ERP systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Preferred: Analytical skills associated with developing and using performance measures and cost savings
