Sr. Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

WebmobileZ, Inc. has an opening for the position of Sr. Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Ref# SOH425VK).

Work Location:  637 E. Big Beaver Rd., Suite 209, Troy, MI 48083.

Job Duties:  Responsible for the analysis, implementation, integration, and support of Oracle Fusion HCM (Human Capital Management).  Conduct requirements gathering and analysis, system and functional design, and technical design.  Translate business requirements into component designs and create the detailed design document.  Evaluate prototypes, tools, and designs of the product and conduct feasibility studies and gap analysis.  Work on functional configurations, personalization, and customizations for Oracle HCM modules.  Interact with customers to understand their needs and requirements, enhancements, new features, and customer defects.  Conduct testing, defect fixing, fixing regression issues, code refactoring, performance testing, and performance tuning, scalability, upgradability, severability, reliability, and high availability maintenance of old code and migration.  Responsible for functional testing including authoring, automation, and execution of test cases and end to end system testing.  Initialize the users for setting up and implementing Oracle HCM.  Provide hands-on full lifecycle project delivery and go-live.  Provide knowledge transfer to the clients and new team members.  Solve issues that arise and provide timely responses and solutions as required.  Provide production support after deploying the solution into live environments.  Use of Oracle Fusion HCM, Oracle Forms, Oracle XML Publisher, SQL*Plus, Oracle SQL Developer, Toad, Putty, WinSCP, PL/SQL, Linux/UNIX, and Windows.

Requirements:  This position requires a Master’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.  Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years in a related occupation including Technical Consultant, Application Development Analyst, or related experience.  Will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive experience in lieu of the required education and experience.  Position requires 2 years of experience with Oracle Fusion HCM.  Will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience as per the requirements cited herein.  40hrs/week.
