We are seeking a seasoned candidate with a minimum of (5) years Construction / Project Management experience. This team member must have good organizational and communicative skills, to properly manage the daily operation of large custom homes. This position will be best suited by a team-minded, independently focused, problem-solving individual. You will be a cohesive part of the preconstruction and design phase all the way to Certificate of Occupancy and Warranty Periods. We are looking for someone with a diverse background in construction related project management. This includes but is not limited to product knowledge, subcontractor management, procuring materials and creating and maintaining the construction schedule; both the 2-week glance and the full construction schedule. Our organization will require this candidate to be confident with a laptop, navigate cloud-based software, and a have familiarity with general construction accounting processes and cost at completion reports. Safety is a priority to this company, and you will be expected to be compliant with OSHA practices, for you & the team we create with our subcontractors on site. Proven leadership skills and management of a small team is a must. Knowing how to direct and effectively delegate work, and to be an integral part of each project's success is the goal.
