Full-time position provides technical expertise in supporting software applications for Holy Cross Energy. Assists end-users to understand business processes & needs, then implement applications. Provides technical support & troubleshooting for systems & applications. Coordinates, oversees, & collaborates with employees & outside persons providing information & assistance. Contributes to a strong security culture by practicing cybersecurity awareness & by referring identified security issues.

Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IS/IT
•    4 years IT service design & delivery
•    Ability to obtain IT certification, CompTIA, CISCO or similar within 1-year of hire
•    Valid driver's license

Starting wage $47.24 - $59.05/hour depending on experience. Job offer is contingent on results of a pre-employment drug screen, background & driving record checks.
