Construction Project Manager

H&R Construction is a General Contractor based in South Sioux City, NE performing work on commercial, industrial, medical and institutional projects. Responsibilities: -Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion. -Coordination and collaboration with design firms in a design-build format to ensure owners expectations are met in terms of design intent, cost, and quality. -Estimate projects for both self-performed items as well as subcontracted. -Review projects in-depth and provide initial schedule and estimates of cost. -Produce contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders for execution by appropriate parties. -Oversee all onsite and offsite construction to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations as well as project schedule. -Review and update job cost reports and project schedules. -Analyze, manage, and mitigate risk for clients and company. -Coordinate construction means, methods, shop drawings, and pay applications received by subcontractors.

Requirements: -Individuals applying for this position must have a minimum of 5 years prior experience in construction project management. -Highly motivated, organized, and excellent with time management skills. -Advanced knowledge of construction means, methods, and contracting options. -Comfortable with all aspects of project management. H&R Construction does not have separate estimating and project management departments. -Effective conflict resolution. -Schedule projects utilizing critical chain project management philosophy.
