Project Manager
Project Manager. Ensure effective development/delivery of Airport Baggage Handling Systems (ABHS). Plan, organize/direct ABHS completion activities, assist management on complex and interdependent activities, and adapt the approach to each project. Coordinate, provide information, and interpret technical matters among engineers and management to achieve ABHS deadlines/budget goals. Collaborate to design, install, and commission customer solutions to airports and report findings to supervisors. Cultivate people skills to develop trust and communication among project stakeholders. Establish project teams and parameters, track tasks, review all materials, conduct project review meetings, create team phasing work plans, draft/maintain meeting documents. Create/update Schedules of Values, establish cash flow schedules, submit invoices/billings, and review projects with customers and sales. Establish procedures to facilitate communication, initiate job closeout, improve business results and team skills. Requires B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Material Management, or related field, plus related coursework in Management of Organizational Behavior, Transportation Engineering, Structural Analysis, Construction Technology and Management, Design of Steel Structure, and Blast and Impact Resistant Structures.
